I managed to hit over 4500+ 3D Marks 06 with 625Mhz Core and 800Mhz Memory...

Which is the spec of the 8700M GT.

Temperature was around 78~82 Degrees, peak was around 95.

Is this safe enough or could I push further?

My only response is never overclock laptops. You can do serious damage and void your warranty and then you have a really expensive paperweight. Sure you may get some nice numbers for awhile but you are shortening the life of your laptop and risking losing a lot of money on your investment.

I will have to agree with wingsbr here, get a desktop if you want to play with overclocking get a desktop... 8600GTs are about $120, and if you fry that good chances is you only fry that and can replace that alot easier than a complete notebook.
Though to answer your question, I am not personally aware of how hot these notebook chips can get, but 95 is alot hotter than I ever got my desktop 8800GTS to get....

Unless it is the C90, which overclocks natively.
