Appears to be a redesigned G50 as well. It has a black paint job and what looks like to be a green backlit keyboard and light pipes.

The tiny touch screen can last 12 hours without using any CPU power from the main notebook.

Yeah, I know. I love that backlit keyboard so much! It kinda makes sense when basically every other part of the laptop was backlit.

Some will complain that 4.3" is too small for web browsing and photos but what they don't realize is that they've been using a 3.5" iPhone or Touch fine.

What's also cool is that the new G50 could have up to 12 hours battery life as movies and photos can be viewed full screen on the MAIN screen but not actually using the CPU or main RAM.

It never mentioned how the touchpad works then... Is it just normal or what? I liked how the little computer thing's display worked but it seemed to switch between widgets very slowly, on my iTouch I flip through pages really quickly. I'd also feel pretty retarded if I was using a 15.4"+ laptop but only staring at the touchpad. Can I use the keyboard to type texts with or just I use an on screen one?

It needs some work I think.

Can't be a G50, they don't have a fingerprint reader. More likely to be a modded M50 since that already has a dual-mode touchpad.

Oh yeah, It does look like the M50VM, what with the speakers and everything. I hope the M50 does get an update with the backlights and all.
