hy huys. I bougth this laptop one month ago and something is happening. if it reaches critical battery(5% batery life) it enter's sleep mode, i plug in the charger, wake from sleeping mode but the windows automatically shuts-down after wake-up, every time. the same thing happens if i set him to hibarnate instead of sleep.

Change your low battery and critical battery levels in the power options, it is probably set to sleep on low battery and then shut down on critical. There are different values for when it is on battery and plugged in so those are probably messed up. If you need any more help let me know

hy i twiked those settings and i took pics to show you my settings wich i think are good. after the critical action(hibernate) i plug in the power supply push the power button, boots up and when windows finished loading it shut's down. that is my problem. after this shutdown i turn on the laptop again and it boots-up properly with no shutdown or anything after.

I never reloaded windows 7 or any other one....Hibernate was disabled from the begining, and i have also tried in the past to change from hibarnate into sleep. it'a acutally the setting that is enabled right now. I am thinking that there is something wrong with the windows. maybe you can explain what reloading windows mean's?

I am suggesting that you backup any data files (pictures, documents, etc) and load windows from a DVD then reload all the drivers.
Or use the ASUS recovery package to reset windows to the state it was in when you got the computer. (ALso need to backup any pictures, document etc or they will be lost)
Before you do either suggestion above I would wait for other responses, I am sure someone will add to this thread with an easier solution.
Plus there is no guarantee that reloading windows will fix the issue. it will rule out a software issue though.
