    I think the gpu in the g2 is unique to the machine its not like the other x1700s so people would like to see how its different.

    G1 comes w/ 7700go while G2 comes X1700. normally the nvidia chip (7700go) will beat the X1700, but in this case, ASUS decides to clock the X1700 at a higher speed, faster than the 7700go.
