Well, this is the complaint letter that I just sent to the ASUS Support :
*To be exact, the plastic holding the key in place which is connected to the metal framework.
My real problem is not with the money, but with the attitude and the way they dealt with me, I mean the keyboard is so cheap compared to the rest of the stuff they could have broken... And that's with them bragging about being official (hint : Iran is under embargo, so USA based companies do not have official support in Iran, companies that want to fix the laptop without sending it outside must buy the spare parts themselves) I would expect a much more professional service from this company, and specially when as advertisements, they use support horror stories about other unofficial companies to get people to buy from them.

That's too bad mujy. You're not the only one who has given up on Asus. At least you still like your notebook.

Yeap, sad to say, I have written off Asus completely now. I still do like my notebook though, unlike Fara and his F8.
