    Hi,

I got my Asus z35f up and running and so far its great! I have one question however. My display has darker spots on the very bottom left and right corners. Is this normal? Or do I have some kind of dead pixel?

How big are the spots, how much darker, and what brightness level is your LCD set at? What you're probably seeing is uneven backlight coverage, not dead pixels, if it's anything larger than 1/64". This problem tends to be visible more at lower LCD brightness levels, esp the bottom 1 or 2. If you're getting this problem at higher levels, say 50% or more, you should contact your reseller to discuss whether to RMA it for review and possible replacement.
