I just want to give ASUS RMA service a thumbs up. I blew up the right speaker and I thought I would have to fix it myself somehow. But I wanna thank milestone for telling me that Asus could still fix it, if it was under warranty. I sent my W3J on Sunday and received it today Thurdays, that was fast!. It was sent via Fed-Ex and I didnt pay a single penny, they provided me with a fed-ex account number to send it over night.
I also had a cpu upgrade and they didnt get all negative about that.
LOL and to my surprised they not only fixed my speaker, but they also replaced the chassis and the lcd too it appears, with a new one, without me telling them! Yea it was a little scratched up and stuff, but hey thx.
