This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Finally, after a lonnnng wait for the new Asus F9s-B1 to arrive in Canada. I ordered one today @ PCVillage for $1350CDN+taxes. Not a bad deal and looks like I needa buy an additional 1GB RAM as well...

    I really do miss the swivel web cam of the W5Fm...

    Nah, I was looking at the F9d, but I don't think I'm in the financial state to buy one. Was hoping to get a unit for a review but I don't think that's gonna happen :p
