I am using windows 7 now but only SOME of the fn keys are working and some are not. everything is working fine except the brightness control and the number keys....I've installed all the drivers recommended from asus and it still can't fix the problem. what should I do? should I un-install and re-install the driver again? if so which ones? thank you for your help.

If you downalod the ATKDRv from our support site please ensure it is the correct bit version.

    From the support page>Download>

The configure the general download dropdown as follows:

    Notebook
    Drivers
    ATKDrv

You will get a pop up asking you what operating version you are using. Pick the correct version and expand the plus sign next to ATKDrv.

Please let us know if this was able to resolve your issue.

Indeed thats exactly what I did and it didn't work. I asked the exact same question on the Asus Forum and the moderator told me the same thing but the problem still exist.

Any other way? I am using window 7 64 bit version. and the driver name is "ATKDrv_V104321575_Win7_64"....does this help? thank you.
