My G1S has stopped reading any Pleomax disks and has an issue with my Cod4 disk too. What could be the problem?

Well, it may be a problem with the batch of Pleomax disks that you currently have, and with the CoD4 disk.

If it's reading/writing other types of media, then it's probably just moody about these particular types. The solution is to use other media. :)

For the CoD4, maybe make an ISO out of it on another machine, write it on a disk that is read by your G1. (assuming it's not copy protected)
