    I just checked my tracking number online and it looks like that little bad boy should be showing up tomorrow.

    Well my laptop arrived today at lunch time. It's sitting on my dining room table still in the box, but I did pull out the back pack and it looks pretty good.

    Can't wait to get home. :)

    I bought it from Swiftgamers. Total was $1764.00 and I really like it, especially the color. I'm glad I didn't go for the HP.

    O really, hmmm lol the price makes me think... Might have to cough up a couple $$$ and maybe pick up a G50V-A1 instead of M50VM-A1 LOL Its still expensive for me though... :(

    You're always better off to buy something just a bit better. Too many times I've bought something and later wished I would have gone for the slighty more expensive model.

    Hey, its lil_skater_punk I finally remember my old account password and was able to log in LOL so ya....

    It must have been a while, yup. I checked to for CAN pricing and noticed the jump up :( Well unfortunaly its too much for my budget, M50VM-A1 is still the one im prob gonna order soon. Darn hehe

    I have to admit I'm impressed.

    I'm not experiencing any CPU, keyboard or headset noise issues. The laptop is solid and very well made, better than HP IMO. The sound is good but not as loud as I would have expected which has already been mentioned in reviews.

    The colour is very nice. The colour is more of a burnt orange and looks better than in the pics I've seen.

    Swiftgamers was excellent to deal with. The laptop was shipped two days after I ordered it.

    I have a feeling the price may continue to rise.

    If u dont mind me asking, was there something crappy that turned u away or what did? Just wanted to have something more powerful... :p
    Yes it is better to invest in something to last longer down the road, but im the type that ends up selling something after 6 months or so lol So I will end up buying something newer down the road anywayz ;)
    Well thats good news! I would love to have bought this notebook but unfortunately the price is what stopped me and like u said, u have a feeling the price may continue to rise which sux even more! lol :(

    Well enjoy the G50V-A1 and share more news if u want, its always nice lol

    I just looked at Swiftgamers and the price has jumped from $1670.00 to $2249.00, but other dealers haven't increased their prices.

    No rush for me, sitting on the sidelines until problems get sorted out to a reasonable level for the G50V.

    Daz, do you have the reported Feedback problem from the USB ports when using headphones?

    No problems with the headphones at all, but I don't think I plugged in a mouse at the time I tested the jack.

    For Waks, sorry for not responding earlier, but I have no keyboard lag.

    No CPU problems at all. Everything seems to be working great so far.
