Quoting the PM I sent in reply to yours..

"go into bios, go to the far right option-> reset to user defaults, save and exit. Go back into bios, before going into the OS, and go to User Defaults again. Boot back into the OS, go to disk management (control panel-> administrator tools-> computer management->disk management. Right click on your new drive and format."

i already see the HDD but now, i can not format it, it said The operation cannot be completed because the disk not initialized?

when i try to initialize disk, it said "The system cannot find the file specified"

i've already done what you have said:
"go into bios, go to the far right option-> reset to user defaults, save and exit. (twice) than go into the OS."

Yes try EASEUS partition manager, im not sure why youre getting that error when initializing with windows.

Are you on Vista or Win7?

Is this a brand new hard drive or a drive that was once in a RAID array?

Who makes your HD? If it is by WD(Western Digital) you can go to wd's site and download acronis TrueImage for free to init and install you HD. If it is not by WD then you might want to try the full version of Acronis TrueImage Home.

I had this problem before awhile ago and what I had to do was delete the partition (right click and select Delete Volume) then go back and format it. It was a used hard drive from my other computer so it would not initialize because it had already been initialized.
