    My Laptop won't boot!

    So I have ASUS F8Va and I using it couple days ago and I turned it off and the next day it wouldn't start!! Of course the AC power is hooked on... :p

    well what happens is that when I press the power button, the power indicator turns on and I can hear the hard drive spinning, but that ASUS start up tone and rest the boot processe won't execute~... :(

    what's going on??? I probably have to send it in to get it looked at...
    but where is the Warrenty store in Toronto???? (I live in Canada, Ontario, near toront area).

    Address??? Phone Number???
    I've tried the 1 888 phone number for the 24 hours help support or something but they are closed for the holiday... :( this sucks...

    Dec. 31, 2008 it worked and on the new day of 2009 it won't work...???!?!?!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :eek:

    have you tried shoving the install disk in or pressing ctrl repeatedly when booting?

    mmm...well my ASUS came with a Drivers&Utility Disk, Recover DVD, and a some DVD burning software CD...it didn't come with a OS CD...????

    and so I've tried shoving each and everyone of em but it didn't work... :(

    if you don't want to send it back then try getting to the Cmos battery
