    My Modem Keeps Disconnecting

    Hi,

    I am probably posting this in the wrong place but I am tearing my hair out and I need some help and a shoulder to lean on. I am using Dial-up to connect to the net and whenever I send an email my modem disconnects after the mail has gone. I am sure it is my fault because at some stage I have selected something that now tells it to disconnect but I can't find a setting to switch it back. I am using Outlook 2002. If anyone can help me I would be very appeciative. :eek:

    go to tools

    options

    connection

    and uncheck the hang up after whatever box...

    but what you really need to do is get off dialup :)

    Thanks for the input but I have already checked that option and it is still a problem. I think it might be another program outside Outlook that is causing the disconnection. But if I knew what I would be able to fix it.
