My Q and M, and comma (,) button stop working at times, suggestions plz!

I have a G53JW and as the title says from time to time these buttons stop working. Doesn't matter how I'm pressing them if its softly or firm, they just stop working. I first noticed the Q button when I was in a game of league of legends, but now I've noticed the comer (,) and M button stop too at times.

They seem to all stop together if they stop, otherwise the kb is fine.

I noticed that the last few times its happened (because I was testing all the keys on the kb) pressing between the keys n & m & , & . buttons repeatably coincidentally got it going again, I haven't noticed doing that with the buttons near the Q to make a difference. The problem is intermittent and I don't know how to duplicate the problem. But its probably been doing it for the last 7-10 days now on and off.

Laptop is still under warranty. Wondering what I should do?

Anyone have any suggestions or similar experieces?

Last night I took off the keyboard re-seated the cable ribbon, it looks like its in there firmly. Not sure what else I can do.
