My W90VP doesn't like VGA much.

So, after going through 3 W90VP-X1's, I've finally settled on one that doesn't crash or explode every 5 minutes. I'm facing a very minor, yet annoying issue now. Nothing that warrants a RMA, but was curious to know if anyone could help me.

Basically, my laptop doesn't appreciate me using it's VGA port. I normally hook my laptop up via VGA to my HDTV (All my HDMI ports are in use) when I get home in the evening. However, anytime I plug in my VGA cable before pulling the laptop out of sleep, I'll get a blue screen "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EVEN" error.

(EDIT: Also, in regards to the blue screen. If I leave it plugged in after it restarts, it'll continuously blue screen crash before I even see the Windows loading screen [The little green progress bar]. I have to literally plug up the VGA cable while I see my desktop.)

If when I go to work and forget to unplug the VGA while the computer is running, it doesn't switch back to my laptop LCD unless I restart. The computer runs, as I hear it login when I use my fingerprint.

Lastly, the normal FN+F8 control is completely useless on my laptop. The ATKOSD "ripple" will show saying "Hey, we're gonna put this on your external only"...yet it doesn't.

I'm running Vicious and E-Wrecked's 9.4 drivers and Master/Master BIOS. I'm taking hints that the issue may lie in the fact both of my cards are flashed as Master. Am I wrong/right?

Probably BIOS/VBIOS problems, or driver problems.

If you are using modded BIOS/VBIOS then you should revert to the stock versions, and see how it works there. Similarly for the drivers.

I'll probably end up doing that. Just don't want to have to lose 9.4. Grown kinda fond of it lol. The 9.4 drivers from Vicious' w90vp guide only work if both are flashed to Master, right?
