    Hello .

I've bought r1f I'm quite happy . First , it's packed in nice box with two additional casings . When I unpacked my notebook I started to touch it , to feel how the case is made... I felt good-quality case with nice keyboard . A lot of additional buttons , shining LEDs also supprised me . I like the design of R1F . Now I decided to turn it on . The white asus logo welcomed me , and windows asked me for users name etc. The keyboard is really good and it works quietly and softly Touchpad has got quite rough surface and it's one of minuses. But it's tablet , isn't it ? So I'm gonna to tell You about it . Pen has got an eraser on the top and the button which is accessible as right button on a mouse . Pen is intresting thing , because in my case of asus I have got hole for it ,so I put my pen into the hole , and what ? The pen is scratched ! Now I have got 2 big scraches on my pen ( on hole lenght of my pen ) , I looked inside the hole and I saw metal "scrachers" and it can not be cuted down ... The wireless mouse which I've found in the box is great .Wifi works well .

And now the main thing - screen . Hmm, the screens in tablet are coted by special layer of tactile fiber... It doesn't look good ,because the screen shimmers and it's hard to find good angle to see the best colors The graphic isn't as good as I thought ,but fortunately asus comes with "splendid" technology and it gets better the image a lot .But in my eizo l685ex I have got still better image . When we change laptop to lablet mode ( only screen ) it comes with some butons like ctrl+alt+delete. When You want to buy tablet to touch it by fingers , it won't work ! You have to touch the screen by special pen !

Asus comes with lot of software , and when I first time turned on my notebook I saw about 12icons in tray  . 3icons for wifi , few for asus graphic tehnology , 2 for fingerprint and security software and fwe others . I don't like the soft for changing wifi , bt mode - it changes modes itself sometimes without my control :(

The parameters are really good . It's quite fast , and the 2core processor and 1gb ram make the laptop portable conventer . Fingerprint and integrated micophone also works well.

And two 2 last things .
1.On battery I can work ..um , about 3hours I think to writing etc.
2.The DVD seems to work fine , but I haven't burned on it any DVD yet . And also the slot for additional baterry or to lose some weight it's really good idea , I like it a lot .

    I hope , You'll like my short review .
    Regards,
    Silt

You should post this on our tablet site as well, if you haven't already.
