    My sound short cut keys stoped working! HELP

    ok so most of my Fn short cut keys work, all of them but the ones that change the power plan (high performance, Power4Gear Entertainment, and so on) and the ones that raise and lower volume and mute sound! what can i do, ive tried a few things and i cant get them to start working again, BTW this is on a bran new N71jq.
