    it can't hurt....

    and actually, on my dads laptop, (1gb ram, low end C2d...) a 1gb ready boost actually helped noticeably.

    Readyboost is really only helpful on laptops with little ram. If you have 1gb of ram, then you'll probably see a slight performance gain, but if you have 2gb of ram already installed, then you could probably do without it.

    My n10 has 2GB...so I am debating it.
