    Hello,

I'm just curious if anyone could tell me what the upgradeability is for this laptop in the future. I've been "out of the loop" for about 4 years as far as technology and compatibility. I'm more just wondering where I can go with this if I wanted to later on.

    Processor?
I notice XoticPC lets you upgrade to the T9900. Would that be the fastest processor to upgrade to?

    GPU?
Is the GT240M upgradeable at all?

Thanks for the input. I hope these aren't stupid questions. :D

The CPU, ram, hard drive and wifi card can be upgraded/replaced. Currently, the T9900 is the fastest CPU you can upgrade on the N51 series. The GPU is not upgradable.

    Thanks for the input. :D

I never would have even thought about the wifi card...then again, I can't think of a reason to upgrade one.

I'm not really surprised by the fact that the GPU can't be upgraded at all. Is it soldered or something? I haven't taken it apart................................................yet. :D

I'm not unhappy with it at all. Like I said, just curious as to where I could go with it in the future if I wanted to. :)
