    N52sn br player not compatable with w8

    Since installing w8 on my n53sn. The blu ray player will not read any disc's. I have spoken to asus tech, they advise me that the n52sn is not supported by w8. The drivers are up to date. They did suggest another laptops driver may work but are unsure wich ones...any thoughts

    Sorry for the dumb comment but if like W7 you have tried "compatibility" mode? You have gone to BR manufacturers web site for their input?
