i sent the laptop back for repair few weeks ago then i can say no further problems found, however i realize my keyboard backlight is not working, i tried reinstalling the drivers and even reformatting it still it doesn't work. So what came to my conclusion is that the technician did not plug the cable back in properly or something and since the laptop is still having warranty i didn't open it up myself. My question is is it compulsory to send it back for repair JUST for the keyboard lights? or should i just ignore it. And if i ignore it will i encounter any serious problems?
