    Hey Everybody!

I'm having a bit of a problem. I have a couple games (BF3 mainly) that I want to drop down to 1366x768 so I can up things to ultra. When I do, the computer doesn't scale to my 1920x1080 screen. It just puts black bars all the way around the edge.

This obviously isn't what I want. I have tried looking in the Nvidia control panel, but there aren't any options under display to control scaling.

I have the 650m, 306.97 Nvidia drivers, and latest Intel drivers. I did a fresh windows install when I first got the machine and updated everything I could from the driver disk, then updated with newer drivers and SP1.

So I'm not sure if I missed something or if this new Optimus tech won't let me control scaling of games, but any solutions would be greatly appreciated!

I think there's a setting in the intel hd graphics panel you can cross out that controls whether displays stretch the resolutions or not. In the nvidia panel, that setting is exposed if you have an external monitor on, but it's not there for the internal display.

Thanks for the tip! I'm gonna look at that later. It never crossed my mind to look at the Intel stuff.
