    N61VG Battery problem...

    Hello!
    I have N61VG battery (model:A32-M50) and its not working anymore. I took off the PCB of battery and there is dead Resistor i think... IMG:

    Can you please tell me which resistor (K/OHhm) can I put here ?

    Probably ASUS R&D knows about this info.
    Why not just buy a new one and replace it?

    Finding out which resistor and where to obtain it will be more difficult than replacing the battery outright. You can contact Asus and see if a support person knows or can forward you to someone who does. I don't know that they will provide that info, but it's worth a shot.
