This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    So, I'm trying to buy a new laptop, and the Asus N61 looks like my current choice.

    I'm wondering if anyone who's bought the machine has had any major issues with it (like, reasons not to spend my cash on it).

    My other possible option was the Dell Studio 15, which has the screen resolution that I'd prefer.
