N61vg-A2 VS k52jr-A1

I´ve just spotted this two Asus

With rebate, basically both have same cost. I saw good reviews in this forum for the N61 series but no reviews whatsoever for the k52.
What I´m worried about is:
-c2d (centrino) 2,53ghz micro from n61vg vs i5 2,26ghz with turboboost up to 2,53ghz from k52jr...I guess k52jr wins this round
-nvidia GT 220m (500mhz core speed, 1250mhz shaders speed, 800mhz memory speed, bus 128bit, 3dmark06 4010 points) from n61 vs ati radeon hd 5470 (750mhz core, 750mhz shaders core, 1800mhz memory speed, bus 64bit, 3dmark06 3702 points) from k52...I dont know how to read this since 5470 has faster core and memory but low bus and benchmark and 220m has slower core and memory but higher bus and benchmark...so, who wins this one?

They both have same resolution, an basically same everything...main differences are: n61 is supossed to have better sound and includes a built in tv tunner (not that i really care to be honest but´s a plus) but uses ddr2 memory when the k52 uses ddr3...
Cons: both use 5400rpm hdd and 768 resolution screen, but i havent find a decent higher resolution laptop for this price.
I´ll run programs like photoshop CS4 and autocad, no gaming, just work
So, what do you think? n61 o k52? Opinions from owners or tech guys will be most welcome.
*I know maybe this should be in "what notebook should i buy" forum, but since i´m comparing two Asus I thought this is the right forum to post

 

For 150$ more u get i7 and HD5730 i'm not sure but maybe it'll be better for work?
Only problem is: backorder

If you are set between the two you mentioned.. I wouldn't choose the c2d just because it's older technology =]
