    • Did your N71JQ-X1 have a HDD caddy in the second HDD bay out of the box?
    • Does your N71JQ-X1 have the standard SATA connection in HDD bay #2 to hook up a second HDD? If not, can you PM me a link to where I can buy the required adapter?
    • Did you buy a HDD caddy for HDD bay #2? If so, can you PM me a link to where you got it?
    • How does the subwoofer sound on your N71JQ-X1? Is it pronounced at all, or is it more of a marketing gimmick?
    • How long does the battery last, on average, on your N71JQ-X1?
    • Did your N71JQ-X1 have 1066Mhz RAM, or 1333Mhz RAM out of the box?

If you can't answer them all, that's okay, just answer what you know.

Pictures are appreciated of your HDD bays, or anything else you want to show off your on N71JQ-X1 :D

    Thanks!

Hi Michael: I just saw this post and as you know from the N71JQ-A1 owners thread that I'm contemplating buying most likely either one of these laptops. I suggest that you post your answers to your own questions here too. Other owners might be curious what you thought and I am too.....especially about the sound quality (any different than say the Sony F11 that you returned?) and the battery life.

    Thanks a lot,
    John
