Hi.
I'm having hard time to choose between these 4 laptop. I ahve been doing some research here are the four laptop i'm considering right now. I'm also a little tight on my budget, i'll say arround 1300. I have also an extra hard drive, which i could use for building the barebone. Would you experts please guide me as i'm a noob?
1. Asus Z70Va x700
2. Asus Z70V x600
3. Asus Z63a ??? is it gma 900?? how good is this grpahic?? i've been doing some reasearch and it seems that people are joking arround wiht solitare when it comes to gaming.
4. Acer TravelMate TM4402WLMi . RADEON X700 NoteBook
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16834115196
Here is abit information about my usage, so you guys can give me a recommendation.
1. Use multimedia programs. such as photpshop. flash, dreamweaver
2. Sometimes, i do play CS conditon Zero, Need For Speed Underground I, II and hope fully NFS"MOST WANTED" with my new laptop.
3. I do need dvd burners tho, cause the size of multimedia files are too huge even an 300gb hd on my desktop doesnt last too long.
Any recommendation, where i can get Cheap asus barebones? and possibly the parts for it? i found that GenTech Pc Store price arent so bad. is this right??
on top of those 4 laptops any other laptop that will suits my needs?? I dont want it too be expensive tho but it will last. I do prefer a light laptop, since i will be carrying it alot
Thanks for all the help.

Obviously, if you can afford it, the Z70Va will be your best notebook. If you're tight on cash, buy the Acer... since the Z63a is not powerful enough for your gaming needs... and the price difference between the Z70V and Va aren't too much.
-
The z70va will have the best gaming capabilities, with the 4402 next, then z70v and then z63a.
For a list of reseller look at the FAQ. Remember, cheap barebones may mean little or no customer service, since barebone warranty is from the dealer -
Hmmm. I think you need to up the allowance a little. To play those games, I'd recommend the Z70VA, but you'll need at least $1500. If you dont want to, then I'd say the Acer then.

The Z71v is worth a look if your budget is a concern. If you are looking for a budget gaming notebook, I'd look at the HP dv4000 with the x700. It is a little more than the 4402 but you can customize it on HPShopping.com. I'd recommend the 5400RPM hard drive for better system performance. Unlike NewEgg, HPShopping has a 30 return policy.

Allright Thanks for all the suggestion!
Cause my friend told me that i could find a z70va Barebone for 900
so i figure
900 + 1gb ram (100) + processor (1.7 ghz for 180) = 1180
+ dvdrw 130?? = 1180+130 = around 1300. is this possible?? is it a good price for a z70va?
as i have mentioned above i already have external 2.5" hd so i can use it first!
I'm not really a hardcore gaming person. Currently i do have a dell inspiron700m with intel extreme II and i have been getting lag when i play condition zero. so is the z63a grpahic card better than Intel Extreme II, does it able to handle Condition Zero?
for the next big game i'm very interested is Need For speed Most wanted! does this need a high end graphic processor or sth lik x300 would do??
sorry for all the question i ahve asked
thanks -
Good luck! -
hahaha!!! that kinda right!! i do wanna play games but dont really want a high end graphic card!! Doh! kinda a stupid question from the begining! oh well sorry, i'm new to computing world
Yea, i think i'm going to try to find the cheapest bare bone for z70va and try to configure it from there.
i do like the acer but its kinda heavy 6.6lbs and quite wide for a 15.4" laptop. On the other hand the z70Va on 5.6 lbs right?? wow!! super light i guess???
Any1 know any good website for shooping procesor ram, and other computer stuff??
Thanks -
if you really like z70va and can get good deal or simply can afford it then go for it, baby.

Allrite, lemme do some more research and i'll probaly ask you guys again with some other notebooks! i'll probably stick to z70va or the acer tho.
terima kasih byk (thanks alot in indonesian)
