I opened new thread regarding my laptop. I try to cut it shorter. (I wrote in, i think asus review thread something about this)
Asus V1V sent it to RMA- fan issues- main-board replaced. When received it was damaged, see pic.

I call them and got new RMA. I have got it back but worse. They changed some parts: top case, LCD frame/lid but did not changed the bottom case, and the LCD frame is not well fitted, screws are too tight, deformed a litle bit the frame. Genuine stickers are gone.
They told me that they can not bring it to the original stage, they have no stickers...
It looks like second hand laptop, does not look like the one i sent prior repairing. I am pretty sure that the technicians dropped it down when packed and sent it to blame the transit.
The worse thing is that the laptop fell down, now it is working but on long term i do not know...nobody predict when it will fail. Could be internal damages which are not seen now.
The laptop is not that old, it has only 11 months ( 3 of them was in service). First RMA was after one month of use - Hdd failed.
I am asking what can i do in this regard?
I wrote to the European Consumer Center. I am waiting an answer to see what they will say.
Any advice is welcomed.

I assume you are living in the EU, so you have much better chances of consumer protection than us, living in the US. The consumer laws in EU are pretty strong as far as I hear, so I hope they make Asus take care of the problem.
I'm having a faulty Asus as well, and tried resolving the issues by myself because sending the laptop for repairs is the last thing i want. I'm afraid that my issues won't be resolved by Asus and the high possibilty of the laptop being returned even more damaged than it was sent. -
My story with V1V continues. Since October last year i have sent it back three more times. Finally i have taken some pictures, written all story and sent to the head office in the UK. Meanwhile i also have contacted the European Consumer Center, I have got some good advice from them too.
Finally i have got a call from the Asus UK head office asking that they have two options:
1) to fix it again by somebody else ( the others were sacked, he said)
2) to replace it with refurbish one ( from Holland Asus) but looking as new with higher spec.
The third option to get a replacement with a brand new one sealed, they are not doing anymore.
I choose the second option. I am waiting for an email with the next "laptop with higher spec"
All this process it will take up to 6 weeks.
..so far it was a nightmare with asus service.....
Anyone has got a replacement with a refurb Laptop from asus? I have no other choice but go ahead with it. -
A quick update regarding Asus V1V.
I have got an offer from Asus (Holland). A swap with N50VN.
..............
Model: AS V1V COP8600/3BP5/4G/UK
Following Swap Unit:
Model : AS N50VN
HDD: 500GB
RAM: 4GB
Fingerprint
Bluetooth
Camera
.....Alternatively we can provide reimbursement of the purchase according to below table.
0 ?V 6 months approximately 100%
7 ?V 12 months approximately 80%
13 ?V 24 months approximately 60%
25- 36 months approximately 50% (only for units with 36 month warranty
..I exclude refund. I will get only 60% of the value of V1V
I asked for more specification of N50Vn. I do not know anything about it. I might accept, I might not. What i want is to finish with Asus stuff (around 8 months) -
Finally the case is closed...after one more offer that I have refused it.........Asus have issued the credit note to the distributor.
The refund (100%) should now be available through your reseller.
