And Older Versions. Wondering what is best for when i need one next year. F8,M50 or Refurb MBP

I just got an F8, so I will give some impressions if you'd like:
Build quality:
seems to be pretty sturdy. It does have an overall glossy finish that is probably a little scratch prone. My only gripe with the build quality is the wrist area- it does have a little flex if you push on it. Touchpad buttons show the standard Asus loud-click problem.
Screen is lovely. I turned down the brightness as I'm not used to antiglare displays yet, coming from a matte screen--but the colors are vibrant and true, and the size is very nice.
temperature wise, this runs VERY cool--I'm a little surprised. My old compaq nw8240 (a TANK of a workstation) ran much hotter, this one is cool to the touch being used for basic stuff/program installations. It has great ventilation across the bottom of the system.
My one GRIPE is the keyboard. It is just not great to type on. The keys are a little soft and I will sometimes miss a letter thanks to not pressing firmly enough. I'm sure I'll get used to it, but it's obnoxious right now. I'm already shopping for a wireless keyboard.
However, it's a very attractive laptop with the subtle pattern on the smooth plastic surfaces.
I haven't made restore DVDs yet, but once I do, I'll install some games and report back.
I have the F8V-C1, 2.53ghz, 320gb hard drive, 4gb ram, 1gb ATi Radeon HD3650, 1440x900 display.
I can take pics if there's anything in particular you'd like to see.
Having been a longtime apple reseller, the biggest problem with the MBP is they run HOT. Even just sitting on a desk under no load, they get very warm. I can't imagine its very good for the internals and they are almost impossible to use on your lap. -

ClearSkies Well no, I'm still here..
The F8Sn review is here in the InfoBooth sticky. Essentially the same as the F8V, externally anyway.

I can grab some pics later today.
Links, I bought mine at newegg on wednesday. It was $1467.60 including $3 rush fee and overnight shipping, and it arrived in 19 hours.
Bookmarks, I honestly couldn't find much about it online. The F8Sn is cosmetically similar but the guts are different--I'll put the processor under load tonight and let you know how the temp, etc does. -

Any pictures in specific that people would like to see?
I threw it a render this morning that took my old 2.16ghz c2d gma 950 about 3 hours to compute and draw-- it did it in 45 minutes, and while it was warm to the touch, it was not unbearably hot and the internals were reading about 62C. Not bad at all. Was running under 94% CPU load and didn't check the GPU.
Need all Reviews please.
