    Hi, bought that laptop last december,

    now I need to use bluetooth and wirelesss but it doesnt work even after installing it ...

    WHen I install bluetooth this is the problem when installing : please plug in the bluetooth device and click ok button ...

    what does that mean ??

    For wireless it is just plain off i cant activate it ...


    I tried removing and reinstalling but no change.

    Please help

    Start over... uninstall everything wireless software and drivers...... start by installing the ATK drivers (they control your hot keys - like wireless on and off) and then the asus wireless console... then your wifi drivers and proset..... then install the bluetooth stack.

    Try that and get back to us.
