I just reformatted my w3v. I have a few problems, the sound doesn't work. I have used the CD that came with it to reinstall the drive but it isn't working. Also, how can I get the buttons on the side to work again?

    Thanks.

Before you format the hard drive, did the sound work before? If yes, just the software problem or a driver conflict. You try to use a recovery cd to install and make sure that it still works.
    Cheers

Check out the drivers on the ASUS support site, its all there.

For the side buttons, find and reinstall the ATK drivers, as well as HControl
