Need to do a little tuneup, any suggestions?

I've had my z63a for two years now, and I love it to bits, but things are being a little funky lately, so I thought I'd ask your advice as to what I can do to do a little fall cleaning on my machine.

Sometimes the Fn menus like Volume Up/Volume Down or the Touchpad enable/disable menu in the top left will go on and off until I restart the computer, even when I haven't even touched the side buttons. Also, it's been taking Windows a longer time to start from the Login menu, and everything is just running a little slow. I want to take care of my machine (and also procrastinate and not do any work) so I can make it last as long as I can.

I'd recommend backing up all of your data.. then doing a clean install of Windows. It would also be wise to open up the system to clean out all of the dust/dirt... especially from the CPU vent. I did that with my Z63A and it reduced the heat significantly...
