    hey guys

just sorting through some of my CD's and found a Nero CD. Does that mean, I got Nero for free? or is it just a recovery disk

It's a copy of the OEM Version of Nero, a.k.a. Nero Essentials. It's not the full version.

it's not a trial version, just a version that doesn't have ALL the features. So you can use the program and do most things, but if you want all the features, you'll have to upgrade.
