    The A8J series or the A6J series are mostly going to be lower in build quality than the W3J since the A Series is ASUS' lower end series.

    i just think its interesting that there is a 6 page thread in this forum and not one dealer has piped in. What's up with that? Those guys usually chime in on every thread.

    I would like them to say something also; however, if I recall correctly, PROPortable said he didn't think the A8J would be coming to the States...

    I'm very sure it will be avaliable in Canada though.

    And yea, they can't reveal the roadmap, or else they will get into trouble :)

    On the other hand, A8j have a webcam, and DVI out, and nVidia graphics (better for linux) ... feature-wise, they're better than the w3 in some respects.

    If asus puts the A8Jx on thier US website they better bring it here or they are just a tease! :) :) :) My dad just got a SZ and I'm not too hot about it. I pray that asus brings it over to the US b/c I need the warranty to be cover the US.

    edit: I just noticed it's thier NA website and not specifically the US website. /sigh prop also said it might just go to Canada. I might have to buy it up there asdf

    omph - It is the NA site, but they url for it is usa, so you would think that it would be available here in the US, otherwise, just like you said, it would be a big tease.

    You said you dad has the Sony SZ, which model does he have? And why don't you like it?
