    It is a mail-in rebate which just requires the proof of purchase. You simply buy a W5ae and they'll send you a battery in the mail after you send in the rebate.

    ... I sort of came up with the promo with them the other day.... I guess they have a lot of batteries left around and they want to push the rest of the current units out the door.... it always works.
