Not sure if this has been posted yet, ASUS's U47, thin bezel 14 inch in a 13 in body. Will have Ivy bridge. Has an optical drive unfortunately for those of you that want a cleaner look. under an inch thin.

looks like a competitor for MSIs X460dx, except slightly smaller and lighter.

Unfortunately, resolution is still 768p, and if i were to make a guess, the new gpu will probably be GT 630m, a rebranded 540m, like whats int he X460DX.
Also speakers not visible, probably in the machine, under, or in the hinge.

Hoping that there will be a premium model with a 1600x900 screen..Even with a DVD drive (which I don't care about), 1.3kg is pretty awesome!

Holy Sxxx!! 1.3kg?? I wondered how they achieved it with optical drive!!
This is difinitely going to be a clear winner in the ultraportable segment!

    Doesn't look too thin though.

Looks perfect for me but I need a new laptop asap; I can fudge it with an old desktop for 6-8 weeks but I'd love to know if anyone has any insight on when this laptop will be released.

Any good sites to keep on top of the release date?
