Are there any new Asus models on the horizon that will come with or be compatible with the docking station? I want a 14 inch computer with decent graphics that also works with a docking station...

I know about the V1 & V2 models - but they are a little dated...any updates for those coming?

Docking stations are usually designed for office/business use and since Asus has pretty much abandoned their business notebook line, I doubt we'll see any new models what has a docking station option.

That is unfortunate, I will have to look elsewhere as that is what I want to buy. I don't want to have to hook up a ton of cables every time I want to move around and then return to my office.

All ASUS's business models have docking stations, for instance, B50, and B80.

Never seen those, are they USA models? Actually they don't have discrete graphics and I wanna be able to play some games. I would hope one of the new U/UX/K models has a docking port...anyone know??

    b50 is usa model.
though not very popular at all.
ye abandoned like david said is the right word. they abandoned most of the people and reputation which got them here in the first place. it is the nature of the business. ever changing and evolving. i guess it is too much to manage.
