    Installed, still can't run gaming mode :( Otherwise OK so far.

    I wonder what the difference is in the different version....

    Well, this one seems to be different in that it says it alters the vcore. Also, its posted officially. I did the update and there is no difference....everything is as before including my 3dmark06 score, temps, mem clock, everything....upgraded from stock 401 bios.

    Ken said that bios 704 released by him only tackle issues with processor below e6600 (thats why it was only a beta) this one may have updates for all conroes.

    EDIT

    Crap its a rom... i hate the stupid asus bios flash utility (which ironically isnt even offered as a download for the c90 :rolleyes: )

    Ken if you read this could you help me with an iso image for flashing the bios (if it indeed is different from the one you already povided :p )

    It's the same BIOS 704 I posted almost 2 months ago.

    704 only update 6320 and 6420 CPU.

    I have BIOS V801 but it create more problems that's why I didn't want to post it.

    I have E6320 and tried BIOS 704... still cant boot from battery power using 2gbx1 corsair. And same scores in 3d mark 06.... wat exactly did they fix on this one ?

    Cant really notice anything has changed....

    Not sure it Asus is aware of this issue. Maybe somebody has to report this to Asus so that it can be fixed in the next bios update.

    Well this bios isnt suppossed ti fix anything except compatibility issues with conroes that ken mentioned
