This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Toggle it as in... You want to change it so that you don't have to use it to use hotkey functions? (Not sure I understand your question.) If that's what you're trying to do, then it all depends on whether there is an option for it in the BIOS or not. If not, then I'm afraid you're stuck with how it is.
