    Hey everyone,

Is Asus going to release a new version of the W1n any time in the near future?

    Thanks.

April the W1 turns into a sonoma...... in the US anyway.

A new model has just been released in Asia with the same specs as our W1, but with an ati 9700 gpu and a DIGITAL cable tuner. This model won't come to the states because Asus US isn't ordering in any new 855 chipset models. They are holding out for all 915's. Right now, the new W1 will be identical to the current one, but with an ati x600/700 and a digital tuner. Cost is probably going to be $200 more when it comes out in April because of the new technology and the addition of the tv tuner. So, for anyone looking at the W1 now, no.. it's not going down in price and I doubt it will go down much it at all when April comes around.

    Thanks,
