    Hi.
I just received G50vt-x6 from Newegg.
I opened the box and figured out there was no better charged.
So I charged it and push the power button, but it didn't show anything.
The service phone call is not working in the evening, even though they are saying 24 hours..

I actually got the open box item, and busy for working in the laptop, but.. it's not working at all. What a frustration.

Could help me with any ways?
    Thanks..

Don't try anything rash that might potentially void a return. If it's not turning on after a full charge there's really nothing you can do. Short of trying a different AC adapter I wouldn't mess with it any further.

Call newegg in the morning and get it exchanged.

On the bottom of the unit there is a reset hole, get a paperclip and push down on the button for 10+ seconds, it might bring it back to life.

Beyond that, I'd set up a RMA to have it exchanged, not really worth the headache.

This is the reason why I always avoid purchasing "open box" items. Pay a few bucks more and get a brand-new, factory-sealed one..

If you want to tinker some more with it, have a look at my Tips and Tricks, under item "No POST". But I agree, since you received it DOA I think the best option is to return it.
