The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    No database entry for S(Z?)37s?

    I'm wondering why there aren't entries in the notebook database for the S37s and S37e notebooks. Is there a way users can add entries to the database? I just ordered an S37s from portableone yesterday, and I would be interested in writing a review for it when it arrives, since they seem to be severely lacking (in English at least).

    Since there was no previously existing model, nor review, then it doesn't exist til it gets reviewed or someone submits a review for it.

    Nope, you email an admin, and they'll proofread/edit it to fit NBR standards, fix up the images, make the charts and tables of comparison, and all that jazz.


    If you email them, they'll probably compensate you too.

    Well, I just got word from PortableOne that, although there was nothing stating so on the site, there are indeed currently out of stock. It should ship the 26th (or maybe they are getting a shipment the 26th, and it will ship after that... I'll clarify this eventually). I still plan on writing a review sooner or later, just letting everyone know what's up.
