The built in microphone, or even the auxiliary microphone no longer show up in the recording devices applet on my F3Jp. I'm running Vista Ultimate 64. They use to work perfectly, but now they just vanished. I'm downloading the audio drivers again to reinstall to see if that'll work, but I won't know until it is done downloading. Anybody have an obvious answer that I'm missing?

Try "searching for new hardware", and see if it turns up. It is unlikely a device will simply go "missing".
