Back up your data, and recover windows.

Can't be sure, but it doesn't hurt to try reinstalling Windows before you go the (more time-expensive) way of the RMA.

    My question:
How long have you been using your M50? If you have been using it for 3 months or more with no Virus cleaner and Spyware protection (or unupdated version), you may have a virus in your system causing the problem.

So I also go with EBE's suggestion. Backup your files, and do a windows recovery with the F11 key. If you don't have any backup devices, buy one. Or if you want a cheaper and semi risky solution. The M50 normally is shipped with the hdd in two partitions. Backup your files to the second partition normally the d: drive (the drive without windows).

Restart your PC, press the F11 key, then recover windows to the 'FIRST PARTITION' ONLY. Then you should have a working system. If not, then you must have a hardware problem.

Are you sure it's F11? On earlier models it was F9.
