So I had seen stuff about the EEE and thought "meh, underpowered and tiny." Now, after a few weeks of college, I can see it as the perfect laptop for someone with a nice desktop (such as myself).

My question is, are there any laptops similar to EEE, with a 7-10" screen size?
    Thanks!

    Sony TZ? ASUS U1f?

In that category, there aren't many notebooks, mainly UMPCs.

There's LG A1 and C1, both 10,6". The C1 is a tablet pc. Both available with a dedicated GPU. They're expensive though.

I believe NEC and Fujitsu have similar models as far as size goes but I beleive they are actually decently powered and you pay for it also.

Do you mean size or price? The EEE seems to be the only one in its price category AND size.

If you factor out the price, there's the Fujitsu Lifebook P1610, U810 and P7230 as more examples.
