Actually, it might not be weird, but when my computer is unplugged, the video card is dramatically underclocked, and I cannot change the clock settings until it's plugged back in. Is there a way to change this? I'm assuming it's some sort of power related setting, but I can't find anything like that in the power tab in system settings.

Also, I would appreciate it if anyone could tell me the PLL for the G72GX-RBBX09. I want to overclock the processor, but I gave up trying to find the right PLL in setfsb since 90% of them freeze up the computer, and I have to restart again after every attempt. It gets annoying after a while.

This is normal via Nvidia's Powermizer. Disable Powermizer (google Powermizer switch) and you can control your clocks.

You helped me out, I'll help you out! The PLL I am using (and it is stable at 2.37, can't go any higher without a BSOD) is ICS9LPRS929AKLF. You adjust it with the upper slider. Go at small increments, I was doing 20ish increment until 2.3ish and then I went in 5's.

Thanks. I'll try that PLL tonight. I was only planning on going to 2.3 anyway.

Yeah, I was only able to get it up to 2.39 ghz. 2.4 made it freeze up. Is there any way to make it load up the OC at startup?
