Recently, whenever I activate my laptop's num lock or scroll lock the grey indicator at the bottom right of the screen doesn't display anymore.

Any help will be appreciated :)

Yes it still does what it is supposed to do.

Oh I don't mean the light indicator. I mean the small grey rectangle box that will appear at the bottom right of the screen stating "Num lock:ON" after I activate Num lock.

    =)

Did you delete any drivers or pre-installed software?

@ silverfern : Nope, globally. In all apps.

@ btaryag: I don't think I did. But I did disable some services recently.. But I don't recall disabling any asus related ones =/

It may be a problem with your drivers. You may reinstall your drivers mainly with the ATKPackage which control this normally.

Simply download ATKPackage on the support website of Asus and install it. It will update it or correct it automatically

Yup I found the remove option. I removed and reinstalled, but the result is still the same.
