What version of nVidia drivers don't have the downclock problem. For example, I downloaded and installed the latest (195.whatever) and noticed that when I'm in 2D mode, the clocks and temps are the same as if I was gaming according to GPU-Z. I think it was 185 or something, I tried searching here but couldn't find it. If anyone knows I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

solved, search laptopvideo2go website for the latest driver, and install powermizer tool posted under forum. It will dinamically change gpu frequencies considering the load.
