I love your enthusiasm, but we already have two "official" threads...(none of which are actually official because none were started by mods...or even senior members!)

But to answer your question, mine should be in the day after tomorrow or thursday. I will be reviewing VERY promptly.

thank the lord :) and i know there 2 other threads but the big one is for the whole C family instead of just the c90s

and if i can make a request, which im sure you will include this anyway, but do as much as you can on the battery lifetime !

which processor will you be using/config?

I can't wait for the review alex and I just wanted to know if you could just pay attention on the noise level of the laptop since I plan on using it in college and don't want to piss a professor off by making him shout  Thanks.

gah... I think the point of a new thread was to start it after people had hands on experience and real info rather than speculation.... nobody has one yet still so...

lol mods are gonna temp ban the word c90....

how long for your review to be finished alex? mine will take atleast a few days probably due to how much work has to go into it (3 OS's, alot of benchmarks, and graphing ect)

I was thinking about doing a step by step install guide with pics, but thats abit much and anybody should be able to put one together rather easy.

If you want to address the battery life and heat/noise questions that would be good, I am focusing more on the performance between OS's and just alot of high quality photo's and things.

Alex, did you buy yours from Excaliber and plan to install all the components yourself?

Do you think it will be cheaper to buy the barebones and then DIY for all major components or buy with some things already in like CPU and GPU and do the rest at home?

I am very reluctant now after having decided on the C90, then wondering if I really wanted to be tethered to an outlet all the time. I'd love to have the gaming performance, and it's a good deal under $1500, but I only get the 1-year warranty (at least it says that on GenTechPC.com), and only an hour? It's hard to decide.

However, I do want the ability to just buy this laptop and not have to worry about it for another few years. Things are pretty much up in the air. But I'd love to read a review. :)
